These terms cover this website and any Intentive development software made available to you. Intentive is an independently operated software project, not a registered company. Contact srujan@heyintentive.com with questions.

Use the service responsibly

Use Intentive lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not defeat access controls, distribute malware, disrupt the service, or abuse managed-provider capacity. Keep your account secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the content you capture or submit. Obtain all permissions and provide all notices required to record audio, screens, meetings, or other people wherever you use the product. Do not use Intentive for covert or unlawful surveillance.

Your content stays yours

You keep your rights in your content. You permit Intentive and its service providers to process it as needed to operate, diagnose, secure, and support the features you choose, as described in the Privacy notice.

Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. These terms govern access to Intentive-operated services and do not replace those licenses.

AI can get things wrong

Transcripts, memories, summaries, classifications, suggestions, and other generated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs before relying on them.

Intentive is not an emergency service or a substitute for a qualified professional. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for safety-critical or high-stakes decisions.

Development software can change

Features may be incomplete, change, stop working, or be withdrawn. There is no guaranteed availability or support response time. Local data can be lost through device failure, deletion, software defects, or loss of access to your Mac. Use available exports and your own backups for information you need to keep.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue development features, or restrict access for unlawful use, security abuse, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. You can stop using Intentive at any time and use its available account-deletion process; the Privacy notice explains the current deletion limits.

Disclaimers and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, development software and services are provided without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

If paid services are introduced, their pricing and payment terms will be provided separately before purchase. These terms do not authorize a charge.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as Intentive develops. We will update the effective date when they do. Updated terms apply to later use to the extent permitted by applicable law.
